About this event

Candlelight brings a string quartet into the James Fairfax Theatre at the National Gallery of Australia, playing the film music of Hans Zimmer by candlelight. Expect a run through the big screen scores: Interstellar, Gladiator, The Dark Knight, Pirates of the Caribbean and more.

Worth noting this is a tribute programme performed by the Firebird Quartet from Phoenix Collective. Hans Zimmer himself doesn't appear, and there's no affiliation with the composer.

Runs about 65 minutes with seating assigned first come, first served within each zone. Doors open 30 minutes before, and there's no entry once it starts.
