1 Professional Attestation

I attest that I am a professional or semi-professional photographer with genuine experience or serious intent to document live music events. I understand that musick.com.au is issuing media accreditation based on this declaration, and that providing false information is grounds for immediate revocation.

2 Photographer Code of Conduct v1.0

Key commitments:

  • Professional conduct at all events — follow venue staff directions without argument
  • Respect artists, fans, and venue staff; no harassment
  • Accreditation is personal and non-transferable — do not lend it to anyone
  • Images published under musick accreditation must not demean or misrepresent
  • Report any incidents or access refusals to musick promptly

3 Media Accreditation Terms & Conditions v1.0

Key terms:

  • Accreditation is issued for 12 months and must be renewed annually
  • It is an intent-to-cover credential — venues and promoters retain the right to refuse access
  • You are an independent contributor, not an employee of musick.com.au
  • Musick may revoke accreditation at any time for breach of conduct or these terms
  • You indemnify musick against any claim arising from your conduct at events
  • You retain copyright in your photos; uploading grants musick a display licence
