The Candlelight series lands at Perth Town Hall, turning the room over to a string quartet and a hall full of candles for a run through Hans Zimmer's film work. Worth knowing up front: this is a tribute programme performed by the Dolce Ensembles, not Zimmer himself.

The setlist leans on the big ones — Gladiator, Interstellar, Inception, the Dark Knight, Pirates of the Caribbean and a swag more. It's a tight 65 minutes with no entry once things kick off, so don't dawdle at the bar beforehand.
