About this event

Bang Strutt brings together ARIA Hall of Fame inductee and Skyhooks legend Bob Spencer with former Mental as Anything members Pete Gray and Jacob Cook, alongside singer and actor Abi Tucker. It's a project built on serious songwriting pedigree, with the line-up pulling from some of Australian rock's most familiar names.

The Kindred Bandroom in Footscray is a solid room for a night like this, with the inner-west crowd that tends to turn up for well-travelled Melbourne players. Tickets are $45 for the Saturday 7 November show.

It's the kind of bill worth catching for anyone who grew up on Skyhooks or Mental as Anything, and for anyone keen to see seasoned writers in a room small enough to get close to the stage.
