About this event

Sleeping Beauty gets a glow-in-the-dark reworking at The Capitol on Swanston Street, with six local dancers performing in illuminated costumes. It's the classical tale reimagined through ballet, leaning on the costumes and lighting to carry the visuals.

Created by María Farelo and Cristian Pérez of Luma Artistas, the show runs about 60 minutes with no interval, and doors open half an hour before the start.

Seating is allocated first-come, first-served within each zone, so it's worth arriving early. There's an optional Sidedoor tasting add-on if you want to make a night of it.
