About this event

Sleeping Beauty gets a ballet makeover at the York Theatre in the Seymour Centre, Chippendale, with six local dancers taking on the classic.

The hook here is the glow-in-the-dark costumes, paired with classical dance and a bit of modern staging. It's the work of María Farelo and Cristian Pérez of Luma Artistas.

Runs about 60 minutes, no interval, doors 30 minutes before the start. Late entry isn't permitted, so give yourself time. Seats are allocated first-come within each zone, so arriving early pays off.
