About this event

The Ballet of Lights outfit brings its take on J. M. Barrie's Peter Pan to The Capitol on Swanston Street, running about 60 minutes.

Six local dancers work through the Neverland story in illuminated costumes, pairing classical ballet with a bit of stage tech. It's pitched squarely at families, with Peter, Wendy and Tinker Bell leading the routines.

Doors open half an hour before the start, and late arrivals aren't let in, so it's worth turning up early. Seating is allocated first-come within each zone, so getting there ahead of the crowd pays off.
