About this event

The Warner Brothers go all the way back to 1987, when James Stewart and Dan Warner added a rhythm section to their guitar duo and the locals stuck them with the name as a joke. They were doing alt-country before the inner city had a word for it, and 1992's 'Stuck in Melbourne' still gets a singalong out of people.

Now they're back at Northcote Social Club for a Sunday arvo residency across June. Stewart and Warner trade blows up the front, with original drummer James Carden and bassist Alics Gate-Eastley alongside. A proper bar-band run.
