Critically acclaimed Danish-Swedish progressive metal band VOLA is heading to Australia for the very first time in February 2026 as part of their Friend of a Phantom world tour. Known for their unique blend of heavy riffs, atmospheric electronica, and deeply introspective lyrics, VOLA have carved out a bold identity in modern progressive music. Joining VOLA on all shows is progressive metal band from Perth, Primrose Path.Their latest album, Friend of a Phantom (Mascot Records, 2024), produced and mastered by Jacob Hansen (Volbeat, The Black Dahlia Murder), marks a bold new chapter—pushing their sonic and emotional range further than ever before.
