About this event

Thornback brings 'Blur', the third single from her in-progress debut album, to the Bergy Bandroom in Brunswick. It follows 'Come, hold me' and 'Helen Scary', and like those tracks it leans contemplative and laid-back, this one turning over the impermanence of relationships.

Front and centre is vocalist Isabella Votsis, backed by a live band of guitarist Harper Jobson, bassist Julia Marulli and pianist Oliver Ryan working through lush arrangements.

For reference points, think Radiohead, The Cure, dodie and Angus and Julia Stone. Doors at the Bergy, $23.
