High Volume Fest 2.0 brings two of Nepal's leading acts to The Tivoli. The Elements, a Kathmandu trio, anchor the night with acoustic-driven storytelling and heartfelt songwriting. Rockheads — the country's hard-hitting rock outfit behind anthems like 'Ranga' — round out the bill with arena-ready energy. It's a rare Brisbane chance to catch both bands in one room, spanning intimate melodies to driving rock.
