Aotearoa indie mainstays The Bats are crossing the Tasman to the Northcote Social Club, with special guests on the bill. The band have kept the same lineup since their first gig on New Year's Eve 1982 in Dunedin, and they're a key thread in the Flying Nun story alongside The Clean and The Chills.

The set leans on their 2025 album Corner Coming Up, recorded with Tex Houston at Chicks Studio in Port Chalmers, plus picks from four decades of bright guitar lines and warm harmonies. Four decades deep and still going.
