Annerley's Back Room leans into 90s rock for a night of tributes, none of the original bands on the bill.

The R.E.M Experience headline, working through the obvious ones - Losing My Religion, Everybody Hurts, Orange Crush. They're joined by a Smashing Pumpkins tribute pulling from the Siamese Dream and Mellon Collie years, with Sold Out Nirvana opening on the Nirvana songbook.

Thirty bucks gets you three eras of 90s alt-rock covered off in one room. Doors and curfew worth checking before you head out.
