About this event

Following a series of pop-up and secret solo shows, Sycco brings her arresting new album Look Uptolife on tour this January with her full band.The project of 24-year-old Melbourne-based singer, writer and producer Sasha McLeod, Sycco’s JAward-winning debut Zorbestablished her as one of Australia's most exciting new voices: a producerwith a knack for psychedelic pop that hits in both the dancefloor and the bedroom. Made withcollaborators including Flume, Chrome Sparks and Mallrat, it earned her two Hottest 100 placements,national tours with Tame Impala and Glass Animals, and championing from Spotify, Apple Music andtriple j.Look Up, featuring the rousing title track and Phil Collins- inspired “I’ve Loved & Lost”, is alreadyattracting similar acclaim, including Rolling Stone’s Record of the Week and another J Awardnomination for Australian Album of the Year.
