About this event

This one's a celebration rather than the real thing — Ringo Starr himself isn't on the bill. Instead, the Avoca Beach Picture Theatre hosts a live-and-film hybrid built around The Beatles' catalogue, running every song in chronological order from Love Me Do through to Let It Be.

The 30-minute cinematic piece gives way to live performances of Beatles and solo-Beatles material. A fitting room for it, up on the Central Coast, with a Sunday date in early July.
