Tour the State Theatre's Art Deco grandeur: 2000-seat auditorium, 13 hand-cut crystal chandeliers, and the Koh-i-Nor—the world's second largest. Walk through the Gothic, Italian, and Art Deco layers of the building's design. See the Character Lounges (Butterfly Room, Pioneer Room, College Room), the original Wurlitzer organ, and prize-winning works by Dobell, Edwards, Wheeler, and Lindsay. Descend into the engineering guts of Sydney's most ornate theatre.
