Step into Sydney's grandest theatre for a guided tour of the State Theatre's architectural treasures. You'll walk a 2000-seat auditorium ringed by 13 hand-cut crystal chandeliers, clock the world's second-largest example (the Koh-i-Nor), and explore character lounges with names like the Butterfly Room and Pioneer Room. The tour covers Gothic, Italian and Art Deco design layers, the original Wurlitzer organ, and works by Dobell, Edwards and other Australian artists. A proper look at what made this place iconic.
