Those who buy tickets can expect an afternoon of new, exciting and inspiring music, sweet vibes, good people and all the while contributing to the local scene and community! Here's a bit of information about our acts...The Payback are a sextet of young and eager working musicians based in Naarm/Melbourne, recreating the timeless sounds of the funk soul and blues greats, including James Brown, The Meters, Jimmy Smity, Donny Hathaway, Betty Davis and many more.Their performances are exhilarating, authentic and deeply funky. The Payback will send any crowd into a hypnotic state of dance groove.Sweat combines groove, spoken word, horn melodies and improvisation to create a fresh sound.
