About this event

Californian singer-songwriter Mimi Gilbert returns to Melbourne after a decade splitting time between Australia and the US. Her folk-inflected approach and quietly devastating craft have drawn comparisons to Laura Marling and Big Thief's Adrianne Lenker. Gilbert's toured with Julia Jacklin and Angie McMahon, and her 2020 debut 'Grew Inside the Water' picked up support from Double J, FBi Radio and NME.
