About this event

Folk-rock shapeshifter Jhana Allan returns to Melbourne in October for a tour marking her two new singles, 'You Got The Eyes' and 'Angsty at Anstey'. After last year's indie-rock album Fake Paradise, Allan's latest leans into groove-driven country territory—mandolin front and centre—produced by her mentor Rachel Baiman in Nashville. Allan wrote 'You Got The Eyes' during the 2019 drought in rural New England, drawing on long drives through parched country. The Railway Hotel on a Saturday night, new material in hand.
