About this event

The Wicked Messenger bring the jangle-pop playbook to Ashgrove for a Father's Day arvo, mixing new material with older tracks and the odd cover—think Byrds, Teenage Fanclub, Dylan-adjacent territory. Grace from The Blankettes holds down the support slot, another local fixture in Brisbane's jangly underground. Sixteen bucks and a sticky-carpet room: perfect for a Sunday session.
