An evening of Iranian classical music at Glebe Town Hall, in Sydney's inner-west. Percussionist Sohrab Kolahdooz and tanbur player Mahya Panahi share the bill for a sit-down set in the town hall room.

It's an intimate kind of show, the sort the inner-west does well when the right musicians are passing through. Worth a look if you're after something off the usual pub-rock circuit.
