About this event

Aotearoa roots reggae act House of Shem are making a rare trip back across the Tasman, with Kings Beach Tavern in Caloundra getting a stop on the Matariki Tour.

Formed by the late Carl Perkins of NZ reggae group HERBS alongside his sons Te Omeka and Isaiah Perkins, the band trade in deep roots reggae, Maori and Polynesian spirit, and tight vocal harmonies.

It's been a while since they've played Australian rooms, so this is a chance to catch them up close. Special guests Brutha Rodz and The Lyrical fill out the bill.
