About this event

Gathering brings Wawumun to Queen Street Mall in the heart of Brisbane City, with the Bulkaway Muruku (Yarn Together) crew joining the bill.

Wawumun, also known as Felicity, is a multi-instrumentalist and singer whose songs draw on love for country, people and culture. Expect a set built around story and Blak strength, with Bulkaway Muruku adding their own showcase of song and yarn alongside her.

It's a free-feeling, open-air gathering in the middle of the city — worth a detour if you're in the CBD that day.
