About this event

Eric D. Johnson brings Fruit Bats stateside for a solo run through Australia. The indie-rock project's latest album, The Landfill (out June via Merge Records), mines the Midwest's geography and emotional topography—those man-made hills scattered across flat terrain become metaphors for memory and what might've been. Johnson's touring the record solo, so expect an intimate reading of songs that sit somewhere between introspection and landscape.
