Their songs are loud, strange and messy but they somehow seem to work. Their sets are interesting to say the least. With a fretless bass player doing too much and a guitarist in an 'odd tuning', Penalty are sure to leave you confused.Penalty plan to take over the world by 2028SAD BITCH HOURS is what happens when a garage band for gay dorks gets served a Notice to Vacate. More unemployed than ever, their music mixes a mishmash of influences into something charming and complex.
