About this event

Thirty years on, Silverchair's Freak Show remains one of Australian heavy music's most uncompromising records. Civilians, now the same age Silverchair were when they wrote it, perform the album front to back in a one-night-only tribute. Released in 1997, Freak Show captured youth, pressure, and alienation with brutal honesty—and its impact still echoes through Melbourne's heavy and alternative scenes. This isn't nostalgia; it's a band tackling material that feels like their own lived experience.
