About this event

Captain Beep-boop makes queer electronic punk out of a DIY-modified Telstra payphone synth, which tells you most of what you need to know about how this one's going to sound at Cafe Gummo.

She's launching her first single, a 200 BPM track named after the longest sentence ever signed by a chimpanzee, off an upcoming debut album. Clit Split share the bill, and Rhys Renwick (of Rhysics) debuts new solo material.

Thirteen bucks, Thornbury, a Saturday. Decent way to back some of Melbourne's stranger corners.
