About this event

The Candlelight series lands at Perth Modern School's Beasley Hall in Subiaco, with the Dolce Ensemble string quartet working through the music of Joe Hisaishi by candlelight.

Worth being clear: this is a tribute night, not affiliated with Hisaishi or his representatives, and he isn't performing. The 60-minute programme runs through the Studio Ghibli catalogue — Totoro, Spirited Away, Princess Mononoke, Howl's Moving Castle and more.

Doors open 30 minutes before, with no entry once it kicks off. Seating is assigned first come, first served within each zone.
