About this event

The Candlelight series lands at Flaxton Gardens for a Christmas programme played by candlelight, up in the hinterland behind the Sunshine Coast.

Paradiso Strings, a string quartet, work through a run of festive staples across the 65-minute set — It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas, Sleigh Ride, bits of the Nutcracker, White Christmas and Silent Night among them.

Worth knowing: this is a tribute-style programme, not affiliated with any original artist. Weather permitting it's outdoors, moving indoors if rain's about. Seating is assigned first-come within each zone, and late arrivals won't be let in.
