About this event

BSB Swing brings their Bands in Parks set to Oriel Park in Ascot, putting the spotlight on their own soloists for an afternoon called Please Stand Up.

Expect a big band working through swing, latin, pop and funk, with featured turns including a trombone reading of 'God Bless the Child' and a run at 'My Baby Just Cares for Me'.

Tom-tom grooves, sweeping vocal lines and plenty of room to tap your feet through a Sunday outdoors in Brisbane's north.
