About this event

Accelerate are an R.E.M. tribute act, so to be clear: Michael Stipe and co aren't on the bill. What you're getting is a band working through the catalogue in Marrickville's inner-west.

Expect the jangly guitars and the songs you'd hope for, from Everybody Hurts to It's the End of the World As We Know It, plus a few deeper cuts.

It's at 185 Bar on a Saturday night in June, $18 in. A decent, low-cost option if R.E.M.'s back catalogue is your thing.
