- “I Don’t Need Anyone” is a song by Kylie Minogue, taken from her sixth studio album, Impossible Princess. It was co-written by Kylie, Nick Jones and James Dean Bradfield, whilst the production was handled by Dave Eringa and Bradfield. The song talks about not needing anyone except for someone you haven’t found yet, while at the same time doing perfectly fine on your own. After Bradfield sent her a demo of the song, Kylie was dissatisfied with the lyrical content and re-wrote the track herself. Despite this, she still found it difficult to record the song, so Bradfield took pieces of the original demo lyrics and mixed them with other lyrics she had written to create the finished product.
