About this song
- This song is originally by Regina Spektor. We all absolutely love Regina Spektor, she’s great. We tried to do a wonderful song some justice. When you’re recording four tracks in one day it’s a tough thing to do. The track is also much faster than we originally thought. We started by playing it slower and then had to speed up on the later takes. A really cool fact about this take is that we recorded it on my birthday (I am Charlie the drummer) One of the first takes isn’t of us playing Us, it’s actually of everyone singing happy birthday to me. It didn’t make the final cut though. . User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply. — lastfm
