Stevie

I’m a Ballarat based photographer behind BallaratPromos, with a real passion for live music photography.

I love getting amongst it and capturing gigs as they actually feel. The energy on stage, the lighting, the crowd, the expressions and those split second moments that you only get with live music.

I shoot across different genres and enjoy the challenge that comes with each one, whether it’s rock, punk, indie, acoustic, blues, metal or something completely different.

For me it’s about capturing the artist, the atmosphere and the story of the night, not just taking a photo of someone standing on a stage.

I’m always keen to discover new artists, shoot new venues and help put more eyes on the incredible live music happening in Ballarat and beyond.
