Comedy Meets Music
The legendary Kevin Bloody Wilson is bringing his outrageous brand of Aussie humour to Toowoomba's Queens Park tonight. While technically just outside Brisbane, this outdoor show is worth the drive for fans of irreverent comedy and catchy (if controversial) tunes.
Rock and Alternative Offerings
Rock fans should head to Crowbar Brisbane for Mojo Risin, where The Doors tribute act will transport audiences back to the psychedelic '60s. The venue's intimate setting makes it perfect for experiencing classic rock anthems up close.
For something completely different, Lucky is performing at The Junk Bar, while Complete takes over Solbar Lounge for what promises to be a more refined evening of entertainment.
Festival Season Ahead
While you're planning tonight's adventure, don't forget that festival season is heating up. Big Red Bash hits Brisbane in July, followed by Splendour in the Grass on the Gold Coast. September brings the industry showcase BIGSOUND back to Brisbane's venues, while Caloundra Music Festival rounds out the year in October.
