Kasey Chambers headlines Groundwater CMF 2026 at Broadbeach on the Gold Coast, 16–18 October — leading a 27-act country bill alongside Kaylee Bell, The Wolfe Brothers, Beccy Cole, James Blundell and Canadian JUNO winner Ruth Moody.
Dust off the boots and pack your hat — Groundwater Country Music Festival is saddling up for another three days of country by the coast, returning to Broadbeach on the Gold Coast from Friday 16 to Sunday 18 October 2026. Australia's ultimate country music beach party once again transforms the Broadbeach precinct into a celebration of live music, line dancing, great food and Gold Coast sunshine.
Leading the 2026 bill is Australian country icon Kasey Chambers, returning with her full band. One of the most awarded and influential artists in the country — 13 ARIA Awards, 17 Golden Guitars and a catalogue woven into the fabric of Australian country music — Chambers is a Groundwater favourite.
"Always happy to be playing back at one of my favourite music festivals in Australia. I'll be bringing my full band and playing a bunch of my old songs as well as a few new ones and favourite covers. Looking forward to seeing that street fill up with all you music lovers." — Kasey Chambers
Joining her is New Zealand country-pop powerhouse Kaylee Bell, back at Groundwater after a breakout run — more than 100 million catalogue streams, a viral global hit with "Keith", and stadium support slots for Ed Sheeran on his Mathematics World Tour.

"Queensland is our favourite place to play, and we can't wait to see all our Gold Coast fans again." — Kaylee Bell
Festival favourites The Wolfe Brothers round out the headliners, with a deep supporting bill: Beccy Cole, James Blundell, Kingswood, Lane Pittman, Tyla Rodrigues, Hayley Jensen, Henry Wagons, Andrew Swift, Canadian JUNO winner Ruth Moody, honky-tonk favourite Jake Penrod, 2026 Toyota Starmaker winner Jarrad Wrigley, and many more across the weekend.
