About this event

Two complete productions in one night: Blue Valentines (The Tom Waits Songbook) and Everyday I Write The Hook (The Songs of Elvis Costello). Waits and Costello arrived from different traditions but both built singular voices — one stalking American margins, the other restless in post-war British pop. The Songwriter Series brings a double bill devoted to their catalogues, each act a full live production.
