About this event

After almost a year away from the stage, Fall and Resist are revived and ready to return to Ballarat to launch their latest EP Dissolved In Misery — and this time they will be hitting Adelaide at Woodshed. Reforged through the fire of recovery, the band stands stronger than ever, delivering a new chapter that fuses melodic depth with unrelenting metalcore precision.Dissolved In Misery has already drawn critical acclaim, hailed as “a four-track sledgehammer” by HEAVY Magazine and praised by Metal Roos as “a bold new chapter in Australian metal”. The release marks a confident evolution in sound, balancing the essence of what Fall and Resist are known for, emotional weight and technical aggression.Sharing the stage are Sons of Erebus — Adelaide’s grim blackened death metal force, known for crushing rhythms and haunting sonic landscapes. And Ballarat heavyweights Distorta bringing their ferocious groove-death metal assault. And lastly, Abendrot, a blackened atmospheric metal
