About this event

Two long-running names in Australian jazz share a stage at Kew for a small-room set built around David Jones on extended drumkit and percussion and Stephen Magnusson on guitar.

Jones has spent a career chasing rhythm, shape and texture, and this looks like a night for the kind of close listening that an intimate room rewards.

No big production here, just two players working off each other. Worth a look if jazz improvisation is your thing.
