About this event

A tap-dancing class for beginners at the Fifty Plus Centre, mixing classic show tunes, Broadway, and popular music. No tap shoes required to start — leather-soled shoes will do. The class is designed around the health benefits of dance for older adults: improved cardiovascular fitness, stronger bones and muscles, better balance and flexibility, and a boost to mood and social connection.
