Ministry of Sound Summer Dance Festival

Ministry of Sound Summer Dance Festival is the London club brand's Australian outdoor festival, landing at HOTA Parklands on the Gold Coast on Friday 4 December 2026. The centrepiece is CLASSICAL — dance anthems rearranged and performed live by the Ministry of Sound Orchestra under conductor Vanessa Perica, with Groove Terminator — backed by a DJ bill of Roger Sanchez, Seb Fontaine, Braxe + Falcon, Utah Saints, K-Klass and DJ Paulette, plus locals John Course, Minx and Tenzin. The 2026 Gold Coast edition runs three stages and an extended footprint through HOTA's parklands and lake precinct, including a silent disco under the trees.

Ministry of Sound started as a London club in 1991, and the 2026 tour is pitched around the brand's 35th anniversary. On the Gold Coast, the groundwork was laid by the Ministry of Sound Classical orchestral shows at HOTA, which returned in 2024 after earlier sold-out runs at the venue.

The 2026 Summer Dance Festival scales that up into the brand's biggest Australian national tour to date: five dates across four cities in December — Gold Coast (4th), Sydney's Domain (5th), Kings Park in Perth (11th and 13th) and Melbourne's Sidney Myer Music Bowl (12th).
