We can't help with tickets. Musick is a gig search and listings site: we link you through to the ticket seller, but we don't sell tickets and we can't view, change, refund or resend a booking.
For anything ticket-related, contact the seller named on your confirmation email — usually Ticketmaster, Moshtix, Oztix or Fever. They'll sort it out far faster than we can.
